Like some has 10000 ICX, he receives 10000 ICY and

has 2000 ICY at launch, and since there is a low supply, ICY price is like $15/token you think he won't dump to get 30k free money knowing he still has 8000 more tokens ?

ICX total supply is 800 460 000, 25% more is 1 000 575 000, 20% of that number is only 200 115 000, if it has demand, $15 is realistic, and it was not even real numbers for the token price, so what's your point ?
