Band Protocol is a decentralized cross-chain data oracle platform that aggregates and connects real-world data and APIs to smart contracts.
Simple answer is Yes.
Oh thanks
Sometimes you need to cut to the chase 😉
@Jojy123
Please explain how will band used in web 3 ?
Hey there, Band Protocol provides a secure, blockchain-agnostic, decentralized oracle framework for Web 3.0 applications. It connects smart contracts with trusted off-chain data and ensures data integrity through token economic incentives, effectively creating a trusted information bridge between the Web 2.0 and the Web 3.0 of the future.
Web 3 iteslf means decentralised internet. Then the smart conntracts need oracle network to get trusted data in a decentralised system ? Or oracle is optional?
Smart contracts can't access information/data from the world outside the blockchain on it's own for this they require an oracle that aggregates and connect real-world data and API's to it.
Web 3 means decentralised internet and it will build on blockchain. Then smartcontracts need oracle or they get data without oracle thats my question bro
It will require an oracle, buddy.
Ok bro. Thank you. I hope if it require an oracle for web 3 ,applications should move decentralised Band protocol instead of centralised chain link
