Hi, can someone please explain the mystery of 5 HIVE

POWER? The phrase appears when one tries to power down the full amount (see below). What will happen if, let's say 1 or 0.1 is left? And is it fixable then or gone forever?

"Leaving less than 5 HIVE POWER in your account is not recommended and can leave your account in a unusable state."

Power down entirely in that case. In the unlikely case that you don't have enough RC's to make your final transfer, just get someone to delegate you enough HP to make that transfer

5 HP is just a suggested amount. Hive works on a time-share system where your access to network resources (ie. making transactions) depends on how much Hive Power you have. You want to have at least a little Hive Power in order to use the network as a social media user, making blog posts etc
