"I think it will compete with other payment methods in China such as WeChat Pay and Ali Pay, I’ve used these myself and for bank to payment method transfer or vice versa, a small cost was always associated. If Loopring eliminated this cost and was able to handle more transactions/second, it would change the game. Just to clarify, I don’t believe Loopring itself will be the payment method, but their technology will help with managing load and optimizing costs. I believe the Chinese banking system will develop a new payment method (digital yuan) and use Loopring’s technology to handle transactions, directly competing with WeChat and Ali pay"
