Hi, Circulating is generally CSPR that are not staked and freely trading. The team have used the CMC definition for 'circulating supply'. Inflationary?

New tokens are minted and given to Validators as rewards - being that Casper is a PoS blockchain. Therefore it is expected Validators will likely stake on their node. CSPR is a utility token on the layer one Casper blockchain. As a Proof-of-Stake blockchain, Casper relies on CSPR to reward the validators that participate in the PoS consensus mechanism to secure and uphold the network. Casper users also rely on CSPR to pay network fees for on-chain actions.
