What happened with presale?

Enormous amount of people were declined the KYC, Chat was blocked. No exploration why you get declined. I passed a lot of KYC this is the first one I did not pass. People want answers that's all.

Sir, respectfully the whole process was mishandled. If the spot is not guaranteed, people shouldnt be doing KYC, they aren't suppose to collect peoples data and simply not approving after. KYC should only be done when 1 is provided a spot regardless of the allocation amount.

The demage is inevitable everybody is just trying to protect what's left of their funds. I am already down 50%.
