I also found this on reddit "If your port is still closed MAKE SURE TO CONTACT YOUR ISP. This was the game changer for me. It turned out that my ISP has their own firewall set up, which blocks all ports. Can't forward traffic on a port if that traffic never even gets to your router. In my case I had to order a static public IP address from my ISP, and then I could disable the firewall on their end (along with the port blocking). Please note that this move makes your own network security much more important, so please make sure your router's firewall is secure. And firmware is updated."

All that's needed for the site is to check port 44158 👍. Some ISPs have issues with firewalls for specific ports or UPnP. Contacting the provider directly can definitely help

If relayed status does not update within a few hours, you may want to disconnect and reconnect internet for your Hotspot
