That's not a problem Actually there is no blockchain in my country and no cryptocurrency yet so it will be first and will be very popular so no worries about it Now I just need to start working on it

You just set some parameters on how the tokenomics should work . In this way you can create your own crypto in a minute. You just have to provide enough money yourself to the liquidity pool so people can actually buy it . Open source and corporate "Blockchain as a service " solutions are also increasing allowing people to set up secure blockchains with relative ease

If you convince people in your mountain village (i have no idea where people don't have access to crypto since it's everywhere ) to have a round of crowdfunding for the liquidity pool you could create a token for the people where you live to use as a currency or as a hype token or whatever you want

You can't do it alone You will need at least 5 member team and $40k for costs to do that All other steps are available in internet And it will be actually worth if you can find online businesses that will accept it as payment Of course there are utility coins too but payment coins are much better And keep in mind that creating real good crypto takes 6-12 months I personally think it's waste of time and you can make a lot of money trading instead of trying to make new crypto
