Hello, thinking on buying hnt and maybe start mining, 1-where

can I read more in detail about helium? I'm familiar with $SKY(skycoin) but looking into helium for the first time, seems more professional.
2-where can I buy it?
3-where can I read about how to buy an official minner?

Know that the price of Helium will reduce by 1000 at some time in the future. At the same time the amount of Helium in your account will increase by a factor of 1000. Helium will go from $40/HNT to $0.04/HNT. If you have 1HNT, on the day of the change it will go to 1000HNT.

That was an example of what the price of Helium will do sometime in the future. Investigate HIP39 for details. Anyone who owns Helium Tokens was allowed to vote whether to accept the proposed change.
