gems that was just charged to my credit card without it delivering the item? I want a refund.

Same thing happened to me. Gems didn't updated it keep telling you to buy more and more and never update son you en UP spending twice the gems and getting nothing.

This happened to me, I pressed the X and exited and allowed me to buy with gems that didn’t show up before. No gem purchase confirmation, just loading circle. Seems like it’s needing work.

1) Reserved item 2) Added gems, but VeVe failed 3) Try again, VeVe failed again 4) Item reservation gone 5) 2x gems now showing in the wallet I don't want the gems. I would have pre-purchased if I was okay with them sitting in my veve account instead of gaining interest in my bank account. I only purchased the gems because I had a successful item reservation. HENCE why I want a refund.

I pressed the x but gems were t there it promped me to purchase again even when google purchase was complete. Its bug in the app not updating the gems

I closed all popups and clicked the buy now butting again, it slipped the buying of gems. It’s a weird bug, I managed to save the reservation with 14 seconds left.

Have you tried closing the app then re-opening? Mine got charged twice and all my gems were gone (had 1100). Closed app then re-opened and it still said 0 gems balance. Waited a minute and it fixed itself showing it only charged me once and pending delivery of my item.

how much interest would you have gained on 40$😂

1) if you'd read, it's a total of $80 2) just because a few pennies to you isn't a lot, I have to do what I can to maximize everything and it all adds up. Don't be rude. 3) There's also the possibility that I never win another VeVe drop. I have not been able to for quite a long time. So that $80 over time means a lot.

Your not getting it, we were not able to complete the buy because we keep buying gems and didn't update, so the app keep telling us we need to buy more.
