I'm really sorry to hear that mate. I can't answer your question, but I would think that it can't be frozen, what with Quant working towards the Internet of Trust. You might be better to ask in the developer lounge. You guys you need to understand that in this community we come from different paths of life and personal situations...what is going on at the moment is not right and could lead to a worse situation...I'm trying to understand better, it is my right to know were I put my hardly earned money.

Haha. I thought the hard core Quant community might have moved on a bit by now. I'm almost exlusively Quant and XRP (although airdrops have changed the ratios a bit), and have been for nearly 3 years, but I dared not mention XRP for much of that time. Good luck finding your answer.

No idea where you live, but if the concept of state-issued financial penalties for not vaccinating exists, then I would be more worried about assets other than those in digital form (particularly if they are on a ledger). In short, put your QNT on a ledger and go back to worrying about other things.
