No its still not working I guess, dont know if he tried again. But the support only sent him a default template text, although he already tried all those things like clearing cache, re-installing app, different networks..
I figured it out. It was the username he picked. It gave a green check mark but something about it didn’t take. When we tried a totally different username it worked first try
