some HEX the other day, nothing landed in my wallet, see photo below. this happened to a friend as well once... what is this about? money is stuck in HEX contract addie, not my metamask wallet like it should

Are those both stakes you ended? You ended them way before 50% of the time was up, your penalties would've been 100% of everything
Why did you end the stakes. Didn't a warning box pop up
"This is an advanced feature for advanced users. You should not run this unless you fully understand what it will do." There are emergency end stake penalties in HEX. You nuked your stake.

There is no 15k. You emergency end staked two stakes. The first you completely nuked, the second saw penalties also. You should have received 7,742 HEX after your actions. The HEX smart contract is never wrong, you should take the time to understand it.

no brother, the first emergency unstaking paid back my principal, what is buked are big pay day and interests. the second one, indeed i should have received 7K hex, I never did. onchain etherscan shows transaction completeed but coins lamnded in HEX.com wallet not mine. thoughtrs?
