In your experience guys, what is the smallest amount of

hex to stake to be sure that interest is much bigger than gas fee even if eth would do a 10x or 20 x the next two years? 40000 hex?

Thanks, Too late for me. Did a couple bigger ones but also before i ever saw an endstake i did a ladder over some years with way too small amounts. But if fork happens and phex is worth same or more, then all end stakes after the fork should be profitable in a way, if one sees the phex as something that pays the gas loss.

Yeah it's definitely in the 10's of thousands. Getting the current fee number and doing the math should tell ya, but if you're cutting it close, I'd just hold the ehex and then stake your free phex. See if the Eth fees drop on the eth network, THEN finally stake your ehex.
