It's available in Developer Mode - the team are waiting on Ledger to confirm the approval and release to the Ledger Live apps. 😃

As I understand that refers to the fact the Casper network has all those elements, so any DeFi project inherits those by building on Casper. 😃

Is it fair to say that the post tone was too optimistic by the amount of promised application launches during Sep-Dec 2021 .. as far as I know nothing has been launched except for casperpad and that's too is on bsc not on casper because casper is not ready .. how the team is planning to avoid those delays in 2022?

I think you are misunderstanding. There are plenty of real-world applications going live and about to go live. I wouldn't count minting an nft with no utility and which can't be traded as a real world application
