As I mentioned, our users suffered from extremely high ETH fees. Fortunately, our development - Etherspot, was designed to solve this issue. Also, not all users are well-educated about sidechains and layer 2 solutions. We created a series of videos and tutorials for users to make them familiar with this. This problem was even more exaggerated with gas price shooting up coinciding with the release of our Smart Wallet, on top of the key based ones. Early education on NFT and and badges in the wallet we had showed us about timing, in that we were a bit early for it in 2018. Our initial version of Payment Channel/PPN release in early 2019 showed us again about the value of timing and education. We had a solution that is becoming normal now but it had to be framed in the right way a couple of years back for a bigger adoption. Still the challenge remains for mass adoption to make crypto transactions for the everyday person. It still has a technical edge which we have to solve via UI/UX enhancements as well as education as an ecosystem.
