Hey Theo, I understand how frustrating it is. Your tickets will be attended to as soon as they receive it. They are sending feedbacks accordingly. Make sure you have updated the app, re-launch it and see how it goes. 🙏
They have already replied me from my tickets. Nothing they told me is working. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing turned off phone, deleted app, reinstalled it, updated it. Removed everything from showroom and put them back. Nothing works!
Same thing with me. They said we’ll have to wait for an app update
