to as Digital Payment Token within the Payment Services Act) within Singapore only. We do our business globally either via:
1) Partnerships with service providers with licences - example: we enable traditional payment companies with crypto acceptance capabilities
2) Investment into companies with licenses which we can then onboard those relevant jurisdictions' client base
3) Acquiring licences ourselves
The institutions that we work with such as card acquirers, remittance partners, local payment channels providers etc. are all licensed and regulated by authorities around the globe. They do their due diligence on us to ensure we are compliant in the services we provide so how can we possibly conduct our business without being licensed?
