Thanks for that Johny. Reading your first link, I think the proper term is IBC enabled chains correct? IBC enabled chains refers to zones correct? Is that the same thing in the Cosmos ecosystem?

IBC enabled chains are the ones that have interactivity with the Cosmos Ecosystem, so i'd say these are the most qualified to be considered "ecosystem" but there are a lot of coins built using the Tendermint consensus. you'll find more of those in the ecosystem tab on cosmos.network

Thanks, that's interesting. So if I understand correctly, being IBC enabled allows for better interoperability between an IBC enabled chain (let's say Terra) and another IBC enabled chain (let's say Osmosis). In this case, devs could easily create a Dapp to move Luna tokens to Osmosis without needing a bridge?

Luna is on Osmosis, it's a bit of a UI struggle but it's not difficult to do

yeah exactly right you caught on quick ;]

Ahah thanks, all credits to you, it was explained. This whole thing is mind blowing to me. I had no idea that the Terra network was built on Cosmos. I thought it was a blockchain built from the ground up but they used Cosmos network and SDK. Still, it's a fully fledged proof of consensus blockchain with it's own token, staking mechanism etc
