Can you please reach someone who can do something about it. Waiting more than 2 weeks without response isn't reasonable. Can you at least emphatize with my situation, and do something more than to say "be patient"
It doesn't require a deep investigation, just check my drop success, i almost get nothing. And check my transfer frequency, almost never.
There are not thousands of people coming here complaining about disabled accounts, it is obvious that we are the ones that Dan mentioned about yesterday as false positives.
Can't you make us, few people on this group, priority cases and help us to get our accounts back?
