Originally they had the option to sell gems to omi and then withdraw omi. Then the mtl model was developed

So if they do an MTL model. Does this mean the OMI token will become worthless? Entire purpose of OMI was to go from gems to OMI giving it a use case. What would the use case of OMI be if they went to MTL?
