Ive been buying HEX for a year. In the beginning

I bought like 0.5 eth at a time and didn't look much at gas fees.
Now however Ive looked at buying smaller amounts like 150-200 dollars at a time and seriously it's a no go. 150 dollar of buying hex in metamask would be almost 100 dollars in fee. Fucking outrageous.
Is there anywhere I can buy smaller amounts of hex cheaper or should I just buy bigger stacks at a time? And yes I know PLS can change this but I want to buy more before mainnet
