about project deadlines?
Does the project have deadlines?
The project can take a year, it can take up to ten more, ok!
But every project has deadlines, without that we don't have a project.
Looks like we don't have a plan.

I’ll tell you this much - I don’t know of a single project that executed on their entire roadmap in 2021. Almost every project is late, whether it’s a little late or really late. This is why so many projects either don’t have public roadmaps, or the roadmaps have very little detail about when things should be complete. For better or worse, Reef is one of the few that still has a public roadmap, with dates attached to it, even for things not 100% in our control. Unfortunately that also opens us up to situations of “why hasn’t X been launched yet?” when Reef isn’t actually in the driver’s seat for when X will launch.
