I did ask and this is what they told me "This would be proposed by either moonriver core team or community members through the governance forum of Aave. Anyone can make a proposal for integrations and updates and get the community to vote for or against it." So I'll drraft a proposal on aave but also the core team sould really consider reaching out we saw what adding aave to both polygon and avax did the same would happen to moonriver
