There was a referral system used during the adoption amplifier that gave you a 20% bonus if someone used the AA through your link and the person using the referral link got a 10% bonus. Av was 38ish but people with 10-15 year stakes got way more BPD. 50-60% maybe. The caveat is that those stakes have to go to 100% to realise the BPD reward.

people could refer themselves into the AA to get more hex and BPD was all the hex that the btc folks didn't claim went to the stakers, which ended up avg 38% more coins I think
