Ok, so the "T-share Rate" increased because of this unstaking. So his Hex that was burned is now minted dropping the price correct? And his T-shares were burned increasing the T-share rate??

T-Share rate increases due to them End Staking and making ROI. Minting HEX does not drop the price - Market Selling drops the price - They sold a few million HEX already. Their T-Shares for that stake have now been dissolved which increases the Daily Payout per T-Share

Not much to think about. Market buys push the price up. Market Sells push it down. The Share system prevents Short stakers from earning more than Long stakers. Longer always pays better
