someone add 300k glmr to that collator and the collator has 120% apr, does its apr go to 60%? And other collators wont be affected?

So for a large amount is it better to spread over multiple collators for better apr?

staking rewards depend on your stake vs the stake of everyone's else for a specific collator, and how many blocks that collator produced.
