In the showroom it crashes the app. Almost 2 months now, I have opened more than 5 tickets, sometimes the give me instruction to try out, which never work, sometimes nobody comes back to me. Am I gonna be able
To use these in my showroom or not? It’s been months.
Try the following steps: After logging in, go to the Profile tab Open Settings -> My Files and click Remove all downloaded files. Tap "Download all files" and ensure all files are 100% downloaded in the My Files section. Reload your Showroom If this does not fix the issue, completely delete and reinstall the app.
Done both plenty of times, nothing works.

If that's the case Theo, you said that you've logged a ticket already. Kindly wait for the support's feedback.
I have logged 5 tickets already, they replied and couldn’t help, they told me to reinstall, remove the collectibles from the showroom settings, redownload all files. Nothing helped, then I raised again and the second guy told me the same, mI told Him It doesn’t help, he didnmt reply, then I opened ticket again explaining the whole situation, no reply, 1 month went by, no reply, I opened another ticket, no reply. It’s been more than 2 months
There was an update. Give it a shot, it might help. 🙏
