to Fiat initially, what encourage me to swap? I can keep it hot for easy access to Fiat.
Plus does this mean that hfuel/hot value will be same? Or they will have different prices and we might be swapping back for ex. 1hf=4hot ?

HoloFuel doesn't technically exist yet. Once HoloFuel is released you will have a Guaranteed 6 months to swap your HOT tokens into HoloFuel at 1:1 After that 6 month period the two will be separated and left to the market/exchanges but mainly the hosts to dictate its value Further instructions and information will follow Before Launch. https://youtu.be/HrEnlWNHSGo
