I think Dash should tell Binance how Dash works with

the feature InstantSend.

On the other hand, it took 0.002 dash for comission and how 200 confirmations couldn't require more commission? I think the commission increases by the block confirmations, am I right?

Maybe will be better to use Dash official twitter to explain Binance and other exchanges about InstantSend and how is it works. And DASH community can make retweets, likes and comments. If tweet get more than 1000 comments and likes Binance can't ignore it.
