He can do whatever he wants. But this is not okay to mislead others. A lot of new users panicked when market went down to $33k. Instead of encouraging them to be patient and hold the coins, some users tried to scare them off by saying BTC will go down to $10k, $3k etc

Most of these so called "Pundits" started investing during the bull run. Hence, they never saw the dips. And when BTC went down, they thought its the end of BTC. These people would have said the same thing when BTC went down to $3.5k in 2018.
