the overledger works? It’s like a layer 2 blockchain or something like that?
Not a techie and this interpretation might be stretching it, but as I have come to understand Overledger (which isn't a blockchain), something like the following: In blockchain web3 stack parlance, quoting GV in parentheticals, Overledger is L0 (like a Cisco router) to L4 (with Windows on top) In the OSI model, Overledger is L4 to L7.
Just read that Overledger is an operating system. So it’s more comparable with Linux (I guess). 🤨
Is there an ovl certification or training program
I have no idea. Quite new to QNT and actually try to figure out what the tech behind is doing. As from my understanding now it’s an operating system that connects various blockchains with enterprise systems and enables the interoperability on OS level.
Gilbert on Nov 27 of last year: Our team have been working hard on a new Overledger certification with a world class university, we are looking to launch this in the new year.
