my metamask wallet, the best way to swap it is to send it to Bitforex, then trade it to USDT and then buy ETH network OMI back with the USDT. Is this correct?

ah okay, so I can just send my tokens there and send it back to my metamask wallet through Eth network. So thats way cheaper than doing the swap thing on the website, correct?
