Why will the first prize winner of loanwars receive 3380

$ATOM (equivalent to $100K)?
It is supposed be $10K in $KAVA and $10K in $ATOM.
if prop #73 passed, he will get 3380 $ATOM, right?

I've reported this to Adam and Cameron | Kava Labs (I will never DM first) to get checked. I suspect is might simply be a mintscan display error displaying the ATOM at 10 times the real value, but should be checked I was unable to see the behind the scenes parameters/raw data ti check myself but appears he is being allocated with $100K of ATOM and not $10K (based on ATOM at $29.58) His $10K of Kava also appears to be missing from the proposal
