Any word on fixing kusama update/speeding up the block time

As Derek said: it is from the 0.9.16 update on the kusama relay chain. we have reported it to parity who are the ones who need to address. we believe it is due to the addition of disputes on the relay chain and we are seeing a lot of reorgs there that correspond to skipped blocks on the moonriver side. parity has confirmed they are working on it. P.S Just as a further update, the reorgs was a false lead but it almost certainly is related to the recently added disputes functionality on the kusama relay chain. Parity is still working on it, and we will share any significant changes.
