Regarding Supply Increase: "We are taking those tokens to gate and bitfinex through binance (since binance has a lot of erc20). Its needed to provide liquidity so users can withdraw erc20 from those exchanges. Since now the withdrawal is disabled since they ran out of erc20. Now that we are launching the ecosystem the demand will be bigger for Reef20 instead of erc20/bep20. So those tokens are not really increasing the supply." From Denko directly
