This is interesting, didn't see this CRV proposal last year. Do you assess it better to convert CRV entirely stables than lock for cvxCRV?

This is total nonsense. We can't just "solo stake veCRV" from an EOA. This isn't Wonderland. That custodian is just a pass through address for certain AMO claims+swaps that are then sent back to smart contracts. We didn't go back on any of our word. If we're whitelisted of course we'll stake CRV as we're deeply long term aligned.
Wouldn’t it be possible to just stake the CRV in cvxCRV like the person said in the tweet or is that not ideal?
That is not true like any smart CVX holder that is HUGE you have the responsibility to lock all your CRV you farm into cvxCRV and stake it you will get 42% to 62% apr. some of it in stable coins. This will a ) keep the flywheel going, and increase the voting power of your very own CVX, b) it will stop dumping CRV price which is good for your CVX price in your treasury. C) you will earn a fortune in return for locked CRV. Don’t be silly don’t dump it get 62% APY. The staking pool is called cvxCRV trivial to lock and unlock.
They can't vote directly for Frax gauges with cvxCRV though - might be better to bond for BTRFLY or LOBIS though
