Hi guys, a friend of mine have a problem with

Firefly on Mac, he have already installed the app and sent his IOTA, but now he is stucked in the loading white page of the wallet and cannot access, anyone can help him ? (He have already tried to close the process and to reinstall the application but nothing has changed)

He can re install a previous version from firefly (usually this will work) if not he can try to delete the folder from firefly but i recommend to have the seed from 24 words before that or the nano ledger because if you are going to delete the folder from firefly you will need to restore your wallet using the nano ledger or 24 words seed or stronghold backup.

I solved the same problem in windows re installing a previous version and it wasnt firewall problem because it was working fine and then when i installed the new version from firefly i could see that white screen problem
