True. And till now it was some kind of isolated / binance assorted platform. But regarding the rise of osmo and Juno this has no future imo. I did like Kava, but it makes no real sense / has no special advantage right now. And evmos / gravity will be working very soon. I wonder if my locked Kava will be worth enough in the future

Impossible to know the future price. I know when I started earning Kava rewards they were mainly around $1.50-$3.00 with many unlocking at $5-$7, but where it will be in 12 months will largely depend on the crypto market in general

Crypto market cap in general is right, but if you loose ranks this can't be called success. One year + ago Kava was great, some kind of first mover in the cosmos. Let's see what the future brings.

Just done some quick comparison between Kava price when earned to the Kava token price when unlocking 12 months later The average difference is a 150% increase (2.5x) so if you had been earning and shown a yield of 100% APY you are likely to have actually received 250% APY at unlocking time The best improvement was on Kava earned in early Nov'20 and unlocking early Nov '21 having risen from $1.30 to $6.00 in 12 months giving a 4.5x improvement in the yield. The only time the Kava price has been lower 12 months on is for Kava unlocking in th last week

Hopefully not long, but I have no inside info. It would be great to get atom added before the atom surge ends and much of the atom flows out from the kava platform
