It’s been almost 24 hours. They don’t appear in the explorer. Having different nonce betweern devices. No way to check if a transaction is in mempool, pending, or failed. Never happened to me on Ethereum or BSC. Do you think this is the appropiate way of a network to be run? Lots and lots of users with problems. And, the worst, no official answer or announcement of the problems. How can I ever think of developing a dapp on Polygon under this circunstances?

Again, this is a mempool issue, not a Polygon issue. I recommend you speak with the mempool team.
