Here’s a review I posted on the FTX Apple AppStore.

Also posted on trustpilot and other places. Still waiting for a resolution guys it has been over a MONTH! All customer support are saying (when they do update me is) “we are waiting for an update from the bank”.

“I’m happy to change this 1 star review if they fixed this. I used to really like FTX, the trades were easy the platform was great and it offered crypto’s that others didn’t. That is until I tried to withdraw my money. I had made many small withdrawals previous to this and no problem at all they all arrived straight to my account. I decided to empty the rest of my account (using the same saved details I had used before) on 13th Jan because my family needed the cash (my wife and kids). I got a notification on 17th Jan saying it has been sent and it would take 5-7 business days. It’s now 18th Feb - I’m still waiting to receive it in my bank and it’s over 13,000GBP! Still not received! Still missing from my account!! Customer support’s responses are sporadic at best when they do reply they say the same thing, “we are just waiting for an update from the bank”. I have asked for a “proof of remittance” notification (proof the funds have been sent) and they have ignored that request. Truly shocking. Still waiting for them to redeem themselves somehow (so I can maybe highlight that in this review too) my patience is starting to wear very thin! I don’t know what’s going on but they need to fix the whole withdrawal to fiat process otherwise it will put a lot of people off from over using them in the future. Including myself. I will keep you informed if the funds arrive and how it went.”

This is a huge amount of money to us guys and nobody seems to care??
