As regards processing volume being discontinued: COTI provides technological infrastructure for payment processing operation and adheres to various regulations protecting transactions’ privacy, therefore it is not in a position to make its merchants’ identity and volume public, unless specifically requested to do so by a merchant. Additionally, as a fast growing start-up competing in the highly lucrative payment sphere, it makes a better business practice to protect trade secrets like rates and clients. Bottom line, we’ve been advised not to speak about the volume. The COTI Treasury is a new era for COTI and there will be additional activities that will be sending volume and fees to the treasury, such as Djed, so we will update our explorer to support these kinds of transactions so you could keep following.

Thanks. Well, the challenge now is if processing volume is non-transparent it takes out a critical metric in how to value the token.

So many things has not been transparent in COTI,we were asked not to talk about EMI license, lol 😂😆 who does that,is been almost two years uptill now nothing has been said in regards to that, the explorer is not transparent enough to measure the transactions within COTI ecosystem, they stopped announcing there monthly processing volume, website can't even be updated since 2019,which Fintech company does that?,mobile app doesn't look like a mobile financial application with example to Celsius, nexo etc,it doesn't even have necessary Mobile application features like fingerprint, nice UI/UX,we were promised about merchant enterprise and it's been a year yet no mention of it again, even in the recent video updates by shahaf. My question is will COTI survive without Cardano? Every of there development/partnership tends to be on the Cardano ecosystem,No concrete relationship/partnership with other entities in the space.Coti should really address and work on so many things regarding it's growth, I can't even find a concrete financial license that they operate on,yet they claim to be regulation friendly. Been an OG since 2019 when mainnet was launched,I expect some transparency and nice growth in COTI and it's ecosystem. #peaceout #staycoti

Hi Ben. But maybe you can disclose the total volume of transaction and fees collected without disclosing the name of the merchats, clients and the specifics of the transactions...for sure that will not be a breach of Coti's legal and confidentiality obligations... That is done by all major relevant financial institutions worldwide... It is quite a common practice. Just a thought. Thanks!

This one Pablo. I don't think this violates any merchant privacy or trade secrets for that matter. Maybe the numbers are not good anymore hence the secrecy.

I didn't want to be the first one to bring these things up, but since someone has done it, I'd like to mentione a few things I've been wondering. -What ever happened to being a "Payment institution in Singapore"? -Where is the EMI License? -Transaction volume amount has not been mentioned since August. I see that this question was addressed recently, but imho, unless you have only one merchant, that is not a valid excuse. -Do we have any significant merchants other than Dafabet? -Are there any bank account and debit card adoption metrics? Why go through all the trouble of creating the product (debit cards) if you don't advertise it everywhere. - What's the situation with Paywize and Coti Pay? - Where is Ledger? It's been a year! Ever since last summer it seems that most of the business shifted towards Cardano. I'm sure we stand to benefit from it, but Coti has to have it's own thing too and not depend so much on the success of others. As for Djed, I could be very wrong, and I hope I am (someone educate me please), but it I keep seeing the term "algorithmic stablecoin" being mentioned, and it makes it sound like there are no real assets backing the coin. If true, this would be a massive problem for regulators and large investors, and without those two groups on board this whole thing is just an academic exercise (something I know Hoskinson is fond of). The whole Bridge situation is a joke. And the excuse that was given about bad actors using bots and draining the liquidity is pretty bad, as in, it's bad if true and it's bad if it isn't. Coti is not a decentralized ecosystem, so it should be able to deal with such things. What exactly is the point of going through KYC, then? There seems to be a lack of understanding of economics at play here. We have two assets (native and Erc-20). One of them pays dividends and has virtually no transaction fee. The other has no utility, no dividends, and punishing fees. Finance theory says the native token should have a higher price. The fact that is doesn't is not merely a liquidity problem. Either the Coti team hasn't fully grasped what the problem is, or it hasn't revealed it to us yet. Both options are bad. I don't doubt the abilities of the Coti team, and I wouldn't dare to think I could have anything to add to this project. For all intents and purposes I am just some punk ranting on the internet about things he doesn't understand. And Coti does in fact have a good, working product. It's because I know they are so smart that I feel concerned. Because I know I'm not the only one worrying about the things I've mentioned. They have certainly thought about and discussed everything single thing I've mentioned. They get paid to worry about these things. It's the fact that these smart people don't come out and explain what is going on is pretty disheartening. About a year ago there was major fud happening here and Shahaf was kind enough to come out and say "enough!" and clarified a bunch of the questions people had. And one of the things he mentioned was that the many things they were working on are very hard to do, which is true. Kudos to them for creating these insanely complex systems that are making us all richer. And yet, despite all the progress from the past year, here we are again. So maybe it's time for Shahaf to come out again and say "enough!" and slap some sense back into everybody. PS: That whole NFT game thing felt like a distraction from major shifts that were happening.

Simplex, (issuer of Coti's bank accounts) will be implemented into coti's wallet this or next quarter if i'm not mistaken, it has been mentioned before. It's an unfinished product and its being worked on, therefore thats why it's most likely not being advertised Paywize and CotiPay have been merged. Ledger is on works but Shahaf said on his last update video that he can't tell more about it and we'll have to wait
