HEX now on eth say for 5 years...our phex copies will also be locked for 5 years or are phex cipies of the staked hex liquid immediately and we can choose to restake on pulsex or use as we want? Or do we need liquid hex to get liquid phex?

Ok...so we could buy hex now and be liquid on hex and phex...then we could stake after pulsex is live and choose to stake part of hex and phex seperate when live too right?
