Hi, can someone advise? I opened my Phantom wallet and

read I'd won an NFT. I followed the link and approved it - I don't see any NFT in my wallet but I do see in My Activity that I sent all my SOL out somewhere - was this a scam?

Unfortunately theres not much that can be done. You approved an unknown contract which most likely siphoned off your funds. This has nothing to so with Solana.
