reason stopped working couple of weeks ago. Yellow is light came on and it says that 'needs attention'. It doesn't want to pair it with App. I have no idea what to do. Anyone have any suggestions please?
Before it happened it was not relayed I've opened ports and it was fine for months. Maybe it was due to some Helium update but not too sure.
If anyone could give a solution I would be really grateful.

Which brand of Hotspot is this, and have you reconnected internet?
Did you unplug let sit a few min and plug back in on Ethernet?
It's Helium hotspot, I have for over a year now. Never problems. I have disconnected it from internet but never reseted internet itself.
Yes. Did that few times. One of anons, just now suggested to reset internet in the house completely and I will try that
