Hello admin I already have the tronlink app. How do I create a wallet or import for me to transfer my oldbtt here so I can swap to the new Bttc. I am new to all this. Just tell me how to go about it

Create a wallet in the tronlink, just send from your exchange to your tronlink wallet your funds, after this go to bt.io, connect your tronlink to bt.io and do the swap

That’s for PC. Use Chrome or last resort Brave browser. Make sure you have the right Tronlink extension from Tronlink.org

I have the right tronlink and have been using that for sometimes now I don’t know why I keep getting a message to reinstall when I try to connect the bt.io that you told me about this is just too much on me.

No, it's not Chrome on the phone. Tronlink on mobile is different than Tronlink for PC. On PC you need to use Chrome with the Tronlink extension
