Similar issue with one of my collectibles. Zombie Captain America. I put a support ticket in but nothing happening.

Yes, as stated you may post your message to server get help if you have logged a ticket and you get no response in 7 days
But I’ve done that already 6 hours ago to Discord Get Help.
