Dude, a contract address is location that hold the logic for the coin, it does not hold tokens or coins or anything (unless explicitly built in, but that would raise some eyebrows too) Don't know what to tell you

Ok so now that I sent money to that address...what...

Normally an address on polygonscan holds tabs for transactions, internal txs, tokens etc. The BUSD contract address does not have any of that, just logic and info about the token, no transfer capability Hence i do not think it can be recovered.
