Why link doesnt any roadmap?

They never had a public roadmap. Development progress can be viewed on their Pivotal Tracker. I can't speak for the team but my opinion is that since Chainlink only releases updates, developments etc once they're thoroughly tested and evaluated, arbitrary timelines aren't beneficial. Things will be released when they're ready 👍
