So, in that case, here's the question: a week and a half ago, I went into my wallet and copied my address to paste it into the Explorer (network - Ethereum). I went to this Explorer, inserted the address and noticed that there was some kind of transaction going on to an unknown wallet. I didn't transfer anything for anyone. I got very scared. Then a couple of days later I went back to the same place and saw that there was no transaction at all. That is, there was not even a trace. Hence the question: was it some kind of glitch, or was it even a scam and someone got access to my wallet? Email support is silent as if I don't exist🤣
